Right of Withdrawal

-When purchasing goods on the website, you, as a customer, have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment you receive an ordered item.
-The valid right of withdrawal starts from the moment you pick up your package.

-To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, no make up, no perfume, no hair and in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. - Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.

-  Items with final sale, can not be returned or exchanged. 

Exchanges:

- Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Instead, you will need to make a regular return and place a new order if you want to exchange for a sizing, please contact us before placing an order and we'll assist you to help avoid unnecessary return costs.

 

Process for Returns:

Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

-You must notify us of your withdrawal. The notification should be sent to us at info.nooralanna@gmail.com as soon as possible. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which products the return applies to. When accepting a return, you must send the package back traceable. You are responsible for the shipping cost.

• The return shipping cost may cost a little more depending on the weight and how many items are to be sent back. For 1 item In Postnord, shipping is 80 SEK for 1 kg and 2 items 118 SEK  for 2 kg, etc.

• When we ship your item to you, you pay 80 SEK  only and we cover the rest of the cost. In case of return, the customer is responsible for the full amount of the return.

-You should return the products to us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days. After 14 days we will not accept.


-You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return, so the products should be sent well packaged and in their original packaging (unopened).  Items must be unworn, unwashed, no make up, no perfume, no hair and in their original condition. 

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

-Products that have been sealed due to health or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken by you.

-If we reject a product, it will be returned, and an additional shipping fee will be added to your invoice.

-Packages not collected from a postal agent. You must therefore collect your package to return it. Unclaimed packages automatically returned to us are not covered by the right of withdrawal and are considered as an unvalid return. The customer is charged for the cost of the order in full.

Inspection and Approval:

1. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
2. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days.

3. If we reject a product, it will be returned, and an additional shipping fee will be added to your invoice.

Complaints and Claims


-We inspect all products before they are sent to you. If the product is still damaged or incorrectly shipped upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to remedy the defect. We will compensate.


-You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.


-Complaints should be made immediately after the defect has been discovered.

Refund Policy
Refunds:
1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
2. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or Missing Refunds:
1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info.nooralanna@gmail.com.

Exchanges
1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Otherwise you need to make a new order if you want to change the size or the color

Limitation of Liability

-We accept no liability for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.


-We do not accept any responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control. These circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or failed deliveries from suppliers, among others.


-Furthermore, we do not accept any responsibility for any changes to products/product characteristics made by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

Product Information

-We reserve the right to correct any errors on this website and to sell out products. We do not guarantee that the images accurately depict the products' exact appearance, as slight color variations may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.

Shipping
1. To return your product, you should mail your product to: info.nooralanna@gmail.com.
2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or damaged.
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
